Fertility at 40 Plus
How to increase your chance of a healthy pregnancy at 40 or over, whether you’re trying naturally or with IVF (own or donor eggs).
Once you reach age 40 you may find that mainstream medicine isn’t very positive about your chances of success.
However, the reality from my 25 years of clinical experience is different.
I’ve found that when people prepare for pregnancy naturally, and support pregnancy, by working on their general and fertility health, it is still possible to conceive and carry a healthy pregnancy to full term when you’re 40 or older.
Regardless of whether you are trying naturally or using assisted options such as IVF with your own eggs, or donor eggs, a preparation approach is really helpful – and often the key to success.
To find out how to do this listen to an interview I gave in Nov 2019 called “Fertility at 40 plus”, by clicking the link below.
It’s also helpful if you’re under 40!
