Fertility diet and foods is a confusing and often contradictory area of most people’s fertility journey. Every expert has a different idea of what’s right. So how do you separate the facts from the fiction to make sure you’re using the right fertility diet? Classical Chinese Medicine has been using diet as a form of fertility medicine for more than 2500 years. This makes it one of the most experienced and effective systems you can use for your fertility diet.
With thousands of foods to choose from, how do you know which are best for your fertility diet?
Hippocrates had it right 2,000 years ago when he said: “let food be thy medicine”.
But does that mean that every food is right for your fertility?
Your health balance is unique to you, and this creates a unique version of fertility balance within your body.
Every food has a unique chemical make-up and has the ability to positively or negatively affect your health. It’s therefore vital to choose the right foods and fertility diet for your body.
The common approach in the west is to view a food from only its nutritional viewpoint – in terms of vitamins and minerals etc. As much as this is helpful, it’s not the only or even the best way to choose a food.
Each food has a unique medicinal effect when it’s consumed. Some foods will strengthen energy. Some will increase blood cell production. And others will detoxify and help with removal of waste.
