Timing Conception: The Misunderstood Tool

I recently had a client who had failed to conceive for four years.

Due to uncertainty.

Uncertainty comes with a sense of constant tension and unease. Which adds to anxiety, which then makes conceiving even harder.

Especially with the time-sensitive act of natural intercourse, knowing exactly when to act can make all the difference. In mood, planning… AND your chances of pregnancy.

This client had been using BBT (basal body temperature) charting for years.
